Tom Brady is a cheater. The investigation into the “Deflategate” scandal has come out with the conclusion that is less than emphatic. The phrase “it is more probable than not” litters the report in accusing the New England Patriot quarterback of intentionally skirting NFL rules in regards to football air pressure.

It was found that 11 of the 12 balls used by Brady in the Pat’s 45-7 AFC Title win against Indianapolis were underinflated. Brady is accused of “at least being generally aware of the inappropriate activities.”

Attorney Ted Wells’ report found that locker room attendant Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski “participated in a deliberate effort to release air from Patriots game balls after the balls were examined by the referee.”
